ElementalX started because three of us kept getting handed the same problem: a client had already paid an agency to build something, and it didn't work — not because the idea was bad, but because the team that scoped it was never the team that had to make it run in production.
So we built the opposite. Every engagement here is scoped, architected, and shipped by the same small group of senior people, which means the estimate you get in week one is grounded in the same judgment that writes the code in week six.
We're not the cheapest option, and we're not trying to be the biggest. We take on work we're confident we can be genuinely excellent at, and we say no to the rest — including, sometimes, to clients we like.

What we won't do
The engineers on your kickoff call are the engineers writing your code. If that ever changes mid-project, we tell you before you notice.
We'd rather give you a tight number and flag risk explicitly than build in silent slack that makes every project 'come in on time.'
If a feature works better as a well-designed form, we'll tell you that instead of shipping a model nobody asked for.
If we can't walk your team through why the architecture looks the way it does, we haven't finished the job yet.
